How do I choose the perfect pictures for a portrait?

What if my photos are not of the highest quality?

Just use our free Photo Consultation Service, located on our Contacts page. Send the photos before you commission a portrait and we will then give you advice and let you know if they're suitable.


What is the turnaround time?

Having the portrait finished
On average, our artists take 10 business days to complete your portrait. As soon as it's ready, we will send you a photo so you could review it online.

Having the portrait delivered
Delivery will take between 1 and 3 weeks depending on the shipping destination.

Select the number of subjects (people/pets) on your portrait.

The price for a painting of one subject is €275. Each following subject is priced at €110.
As of November 2022, we will be collecting your reference pictures through a custom file upload link that we will provide to you in the confirmation email once you complete your order.
If you check this box, when we contact you via email, we will tell you which ones would work best in our opinion.


Write us a detailed description about any preferences you have about your portrait. For example: I'd like the girl to be on the left, and the guy on the right; Draw me from the 1st picture, but use the 2nd one as a reference for my hairstyle; etc

You have commissioned your portrait? Awesome! Here are the next steps...

✓ Fill in the form above

1. Receive confirmation email
Within 24 hours we will send you an email confirming we received all the needed information to begin working on your personal masterpiece.

2. Go to Checkout
Then you just have to come back to this page and proceed to our secure Checkout (located below) - as soon as we receive a payment notification, we will start working on your portrait. You can pay with either PayPal or credit/debit card.

3. That's where the magic happens
And your very own artwork is finished. Handcrafted to perfection. We will send you a few in-progress photos (just like those in the right) of your portrait before it gets done.

4. Review the portrait online
To make sure you get what you want, we will share your finished artwork online with you to review and approve.
Most of our customers are happy with their first preview. You feel like any modifications should be made? - It's alright! - we receive your feedback, make the requested modifications and send it back to you for confirmation. Only then is the customised painting is sent to you.

5. Choose a frame & Receive.
After you've previewed your portrait finished, you might want to Choose the frame that matches the artwork best. Then your masterpiece will be packaged carefully and shipped to you.









CHECKOUT


After you have commissioned your portrait (using the form above) and we have sent you a confirmation email, use the button below to pay. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you can safely pay with credit/debit card.

Within a day or two, you will receive the first in-progress photo of your personal masterpiece.
